I am thrilled to have joined Gensler in 2013, the leading global architecture, design and planning firm with over 5000 staff in 46 locations around the world. In my role leading the Firmwide Talent Acquisition organization, I have the opportunity to build a world-class recruiting platform, as well as develop global talent management initiatives. My passion is process improvement with a focus on applying design thinking to the candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience. I think of myself as a tech-savvy recruiting geek that is interested in solutions that simplify and enhance the efficiency of the recruiting process. Outside of Gensler, I spend my time in Mill Valley, California, a small town just over the Golden Gate bridge. My passion includes open water swimming, having completed an 11.5 mile swim across Lake Tahoe in 2015 and the 22 mile length of Lake Tahoe under English Channel rules in 2016. Just keep swimming!
