Bruce has built a results-driven IT culture that focuses on accountability, collaboration, agility, and delivering industry-leading technology operations. As CTO of Gensler, he managed the IT infrastructure for 6500 staff in 50+ offices across 17 countries in a way that is balanced to maximize creative output and operational efficiency while managing rapid growth. Bruce has created and mentored the firm's procurement efforts, worked on design projects, and has advised several of the firm's clients and consultants on IT operations and technology implementations. Inside the IT organization he has developed processes and procedures using ITIL, SCRUM, and agile management principles, focusing on moving the firm to a SaaS model. He has also identified and deployed new technologies in support of the firm’s strategic goals such as virtualization, cloud storage, collaboration infrastructure, AV, VR, SDWAN, and ubiquitous wireless.
