Currently serving as General Manager & Account Executive for FirstService Residential, New York City and the North America’s leading property management firm. In my current role, I serve as the General Manager of 100 United Nations Plaza Condominium in the Turtle Bay section of Manhattan, which I have managed since February 2014. In March 2017, I was promoted to an Account Executive role to serve as a 'brand and best practices ambassador' for our company and specifically over the management teams for eight Manhattan luxury condominiums and cooperatives. Prior condominium General Manager position’s were 20 Pine Street Condominium, The Armani Casa Collection, in the Financial District section of Manhattan, as well as the Vue at Brickell Condominium in Downtown Miami’s Brickell district. Prior to working in property management, I worked as a Rooms Division Manager for nearly 8 years for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, primarily at Four Seasons Miami (opening team) in addition to properties in Palm Beach and Las Vegas. I am committed to bringing the hotel/resort luxury lifestyle and services to luxury residential properties while delivering financial results to condominium Boards and developers. I take great pride in the leadership positions that I am entrusted with and I am known as a culture changer that thinks outside of the box for creative and the most successful ways to get the very best out of staff members. I am experienced with all facets of residential operations including budget development, building documents/bylaws, accounting, insurance, energy initiatives, capital project management, hurricane/emergency/crisis operations & management, service contract review, arrears collections, bank lending requirements, reserve studies, building systems, union/labor relations as well as staff training & development.
