**Global** I've worked and lived on three continents (USA, Hong Kong and throughout Africa). I speak English and two dialects of Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). I'm fascinated by the interplay of cultures, people, governments and business. My education got me started. But, my work gave me the practical experience and lessons that have allowed me to be globally agile and adaptable. **Creative** I have a reputation as the "go-to" person for brainstorming. I excel when there isn't a clear cut solution which requires me to come up with something new and innovative. I'm not shy to admit that I'm a right-brained person… and that I need freedom to flex my creative muscles to be happy and successful. This has allowed me to thrive in abstract and difficult settings. In other words, I'm not a "check-list" driven person. **People-focused** A career in strategic HR, leadership, and organizational effectiveness perfectly marries my interests in the world and creativity.
