I am an accomplished and motivated administrative professional with many years of general office, pharmacy, hospitality/travel, and customer service experience. I would like to use this opportunity to present myself. I am looking for a workplace where I can put my creativity, experiences, and diverse range of skills to work. My previous experiences include working for airlines and hospitals, a hotel, a dentist office and a nursing school. I have been part of a team responsible for planning and executing corporate meetings for groups of 250 in attendance. I have been responsible for setting up all new medication dispensing machines for a hospital, from configuring the drawers to medication placement and assigning log in access for all users. I enjoy making travel arrangements, creating documents, and training manuals. Because of my thoroughness in my work, I have been the appointed trainer for other colleagues on my job expertise on numerous occasions throughout my career. I created, advertised, and hosted virtual events such as Game Days, Movie Nights, Scavenger Hunts, and trivia challenges to keep students connected with each other and engaged outside of the virtual classroom. I have performed a wide variety of activities within the area of purchasing and inventory including ordering supplies and medication, managing stockrooms, and researching new suppliers. I have been responsible for calendar maintenance and scheduling of meetings/appointments and other events for multiple individuals. I am someone that people know they can count on to get the job done. I work equally well on my own and as part of a team.
