David has spent the last two decades building and accelerating high growth businesses and leading dynamic teams, while driving strategic change within global blue chip brands, FinTech mid stage start-ups and small entrepreneurial fast growing companies. His experience ranges from strategic new business development and partnership with many of the world's leading organizations, broad growth and client efforts across a number of industries to senior level general management in complex global businesses across multiple countries. David was also the driving force of innovation at Barclays with the Barclaycard Digital Marketplace - a unique digital business that utilized relevancy to bring the right products to the right consumers through purchase and behavioral data and analytics. Working in a pure-play digital environment within a large corporate enterprise, presented exciting opportunities to work with big data, agile software development, and digital marketing and strategy while connecting buyers and sellers. In 2015, David joined a fast growing, high energy team at Flywire, a successful Boston based mid stage FinTech helping to build, execute and lead a go to market strategy in healthcare for this rapidly growing cross border payments company. This continued digital journey built on David's unique global experience which now includes acquiring and integrating a US tech start-up, executing on a disruptive and innovative FinTech growth strategy through to leveraging the breadth of a global financial services institution. After successfully integrating a US acquisition for a large UK based cross border payments company and setting it on a course for sustained and accelerated growth, today, David is applying his passion to an incredible entrepreneurial mission by supporting the highly acclaimed nonprofit start-up accelerator, MassChallenge, a hub for the global innovation ecosystem that helps to power founders and their start-ups across all industries and from anywhere in the world.
