Mia Andrews is Senior Executive Assistant at The OutCast Agency supporting Alex Constantinople and Elizabeth McNichols and managing internal initatives. With experience across multiple industries within top-performing organizations, Mia brings broad and varied insight into her role as an effective partner to the leadership team and clients.Previously, Mia worked in multiple practices within Spencer Stuart, steadily broadening her role and responsibilities from an Executive Assistant within the Financial Officer practice to supporting the Head of TMT Americas, later Co-Head of North America, in a tri-Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, and Analyst capacity. She most recently jointly supported the West Coast Legal and Compliance team in an Analyst capacity and the Leadership Advisory Practice in an Analyst and Executive Assistant capacity.Mia is a California native, and spends most of her free time with her dogs, reading, and feeding her curiosity through varied experiences across cultural and sub-cultural boundaries. Most recently she kayaked across the Bay, attended a Symphony featuring Cirque du Soleil performers, and signed up for bi-weekly MMA classes. She is training to compete in the infamous CrossFit Games.
