Currently part of the amazing team at Five helping to scale one of the UK's brightest tech start-ups. Prior to this I helped to scale VW's autonomous driving startup from 30 to 300+ people, build their employer brand and a $1.6bn acquisition by Argo AI. Put simply, I help Start-up's and Companies to scale by; designing and implementing Talent Acquisition processes that work, creating and building compelling Employer Brands and identifying, engaging and retaining the people they need to grow. I'm passionate about Talent Acquisition done properly and the power it brings to any business. I like to have fun along the way…. I believe in creativity, innovation, honesty and the value of the individual. I'm self-confessed tech geek and love all things digital! Throughout my career I've been lucky enough to work with some amazing people and organisations across a range of sectors. From world changing start-ups to global market leaders and much more.
