My experiences strategizing and building HR functions, leading recruitment teams, implementing human capital management (HCM) systems, motivating team members to employ customer-centric thinking, and more, have all helped me develop the strong business acumen and customer-first focus necessary to make a difference at a cultural and organizational level. I am delighted to be responsible for the overall HR strategy of the largest property management company in North America and to be able to impact the careers and lives of our more than 15,000 associates across the U.S. and Canada every day.
