As a seasoned Human Resources Practitioner, I have broad experience in creating and implementing leadership enhancement programs, leadership coaching, and overall talent management. With the addition of Employee Relations in my repertoire, I have gained insight on the fundamentals of Human Resources, including HR Law, HR policy creation and implementation, and ensuring that employees at all levels have an engaging work experience. In my work, I foster deep connections with others. Likewise, it is critical that individuals feel connected to the organizations with which they are employed and the mission they serve. I value creativity in action, where inspiration and ideas are well nourished, yet I believe that there be an underlying expectation that these will grow to useful innovations that reap a benefit in order for the individual and the organization to gain fulfillment. My coaching style has enabled others to reveal their authentic style of leadership and begin to more fully demonstrate their personal values and put into place practices that support these values, in turn allowing them to thrive as leaders.
