Federal Realty Investment Trust is an equity real estate investment trust specializing in the ownership, management, development, and redevelopment of high quality retail assets. Ms. North, senior director of marketing at Federal Realty Investment Trust, spearheads the strategy and execution of the comprehensive marketing, communication, and public relation programs for the 22 properties within her portfolio. She is responsible for guiding all fund and project-level marketing and communication efforts related to consumer, leasing, development, redevelopment and construction projects. North also oversees the consistency of brand standards, editorial direction, design, production, and quality of all digital marketing and collateral. North has been awarded the ICSC’s Certified Marketing Director (CMD) designation, is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and has a bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University.
