I'm a product leader who falls in love with the problem I'm solving as opposed to jumping to the solution. I'm curious, always learning, and always asking questions (usually a lot of questions). My passion is understanding users, diving deep to understand problems they don't even know they have, developing differentiated solutions, and validating why the user should even care. I like to run experiments, generate real data, and use that to enforce decisions. Great products speak for themselves and I'm focused on creating amazing customer experiences because I believe over time technology can always be replicated, but the way you make your customer feel cannot.
