Career summary I am proven leader from my time as the SDR Manager at Expanse (A Palo Alto Networks Company). I was promoted to lead the team after spending 10 months as a BDR and exceeding my quota by 150% each month. Being metrics driven has led to high growth by keeping the top of the funnel for our enterprise reps filled with qualified meetings that turn into opportunities. This opportunities created by the BDR team lead to over 2.5M in closed business last year. Constant communication and regular 1:1's have led to the success of every team I have led in the past and the present.
