Mr. Viamontes has over 30 years experience in the engineering and construction industry.Experience has focused on security systems for the new Orlando Amway Center, inclusive of IP based video surveillance and access control systems.Provided fire alarm design and construction administration for the Orange County School Board, Volusia County and Seminole County as well as fire alarm and security design for Orange County and Lake County Correction Facilities and the Orange County Convention and Civic Center. Designed guideline standards for special systems for the school board of Seminole and St. Lucie County.Experience has focused on Aviation, Transportation and Municipal/Public Safety in both Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods. Over 20 years experience dedicated to the Aviation Industry.Responsible for a significant portion of the special systems design at Orlando International Airport such as providing Owner's representative services for the Y2K fire alarm upgrade, review of test and maintenance program record documents, technical evaluation on the airport-wide fire alarm evaluation and ongoing Owner's representation services for the airport-wide fire alarm upgrade.
