TALENT ACQUISITION: As a contract HR & Staffing Consultant with HR Consult Pro Inc., I developed customized staffing models and recruiting strategies. ONBOARDING PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: I was hired by a contract client to analyze the company’s existing onboarding program, identify any performance gaps and inefficiencies. Once I reviewed my findings, I set about completely redesigning the program, including templates and P&P. LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES: While working for Votorantim Cimentos North America, I partnered with an outside firm to create and deliver Emerging Leadership Training programs designed to provide managers with fundamental management training, templates, policies, and guides on handling various situations. Due to the program’s success, it was rolled out across North America. I also collaborated with Skillsoft to deliver company-wide D&I training. ENDING UNIONIZING EFFORTS: While working as HR Director for Votorantim Cimentos North America, I successfully ended all unionizing efforts in Florida (2016 & 2017), even after learning that a mole organizer had been planted by the opposing union organizers. I am often relied on as a trusted advisor and consultant on HR policies, procedures, processes, and HR best practices. My goal is to successfully deliver value-added services to both management and employees that align with enterprise objectives in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
