Working as Esri’s Head of Marketing Technology allows me to partner with Global Business Development, Product Marketing, IT, Professional Services and more. I oversee multiple MarTech teams, (Data and Analytics, WebDev, Marketing Automation, Data Technology, Digital Advertising and Change Management) that contribute to presenting the power and insights of our mapping and location intelligence technologies through our digital marketing technologies and capabilities. Our approach is to assist our customers and deliver the right message, to the right audience at the right time. We measure our effectiveness internally by expanding our marketing capabilities to better serve our customers with a personalized, engaging and relevant digital experience. My job is to help scale our marketing efforts across all digital channels to have insightful, data-driven and actionable analysis to optimize and produce more quality leads. I have been a part of Esri's Marketing division for over 4 years. My teams are key in leading a digital transformation to modernize our marketing tech stack, improve our capabilities, produce actionable data driven insights and adoption. I am blessed for this opportunity and enjoy working with these teams.
