Joe serves as the organizational leader in the company to drive the development, implementation and integration of best practices, resources, and trends to increase diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural proficiency and serves as Premier’s spokesperson on matters related to Diversity and Inclusion. Joe is also a personal leadership coach, accomplished professional speaker and author.
