Ergon is an oil & energy company that offers oil processing, transportation, and marketing services.

There are three things that I love. My family, my faith and my work. Balancing these amazing things is a task, but a welcome one. For the purposes of LinkedIn. I am a seasoned marketing and communications executive with over 15 years’ experience creating and executing plans within a variety of professional settings. Conceptualization of marketing strategies, integration of those strategies, planning, and execution of the plans, strategies, and tactics that deliver data-oriented results. I have a strong understanding of customer needs, not singular, but by audience needs, wants and desires. I gain an understanding of marketing trends and audience needs through data-driven (analytical) analytics and research. This information and past work allow for a clear vision and strategic direction in all of my work. I love to work with people. I have managed some of the most amazing people over the years that have allowed me to gain understanding and expertise along the way as we worked together to build amazing, customer-centric results. I depend on my colleagues to help guide us to the desired results. Either on my team or elsewhere, clear cut collaboration and good listening help facilitate the greatest results and successes. It is all about the customer. Each day is about them and not the internal politics. When asked the question in an interview, what is my biggest weakness, it is that of having to deal with politics. I work to produce results. Those that prove they value the results are the customer. If they are happy, so is everyone else. Last of all, a few fun facts: 1. Best job in high school: I worked for the Red Sox organization for two summers while in high school. Coolest job ever. 2. Best job in college: I worked for a TV station while in college. Duties included chyron and cameraman. Fun to be in a fast-paced world. 3. Beautiful wife of 20-years and five amazing children.
