I am a dedicated, team player with a passion for intellectual property. As a seasoned patent agent, my experiences include: • managing all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution with a focus on securing and maintaining patent protection in Asia including Japan, South Korea, China and Taiwan; • performing patentability, landscape and freedom to operate searches; • assessing patent infringement risk and investigate patent validity; and • performing litigation and transaction due diligence. Currently, I manage a diverse intellectual property portfolio relating to various products supporting multiple aspects of the semiconductor processing industry including semiconductor wafer carriers, fluid management systems, and liquid packaging.
