I am a fourth year dental student at New York University studying general dentistry. In addition to the standard coursework and clinic rotations, I was admitted into honors elective programs in oral pathology and anatomy, and an honors clinical elective in oral medicine. Outside of the classroom, I have been heavily involved with the office of Academic Affairs, serving as a peer mentor to incoming first year students and a peer tutor in anatomy, physiology, and neuroscience. I was a founding member of the Oral Pathology Society in 2014, and active in the Dental Economics Club, serving as class representative and president. I hope to continue my education in a General Practice Residency program beginning in the summer of 2017.
