EnLink Midstream is an oil & energy company that is engaged in gathering and transportation of natural gas, natural gas liquids and crude oil.

Leadership and strategic communications are two of my biggest passions. I have extensive experience in corporate communications within the energy industry. My areas of expertise include strategic planning, corporate communications, community relations, 24/7 crisis communications, employee communications, investor relations, branding, executive prep and presentations, media relations, ESG and corporate sustainability, social media, web management, and more. A few of my career highlights with EnLink Midstream Include: •Created the Public and Industry Affairs Department at Crosstex Energy, EnLink Midstream’s predecessor, in December of 2005, which includes: internal / external communications, media relations, branding, community relations, crisis communications, investor relations, and government affairs, executive coaching, strategic planning •Managed communication and execution of over two dozen M&A activities •Created a new brand, communication and investor relations strategy for EnLink Midstream, which was a new company formed by Crosstex Energy and Devon Energy’s midstream assets in March of 2014 •Developed and implemented company crisis communications plan and navigated many emergency and crisis situations •Developed the company’s Connector Program, which expands the company’s brand in the communities we live and work •Mange the company’s Strategic Plan for the executives and works directly with the board on implementation of the plan •Manages the Business Leadership Team (approximately 35 of the company’s top leaders, including myself) •Acts as a senior advisor to the EnLink management team Executive Chairman and President and CEO of EnLink – reporting to the CEO and Executive Vice President, General Counsel • In 2018, our team won the Award of Excellence at the PRSA Silver Anvil awards in New York for an internal communications strategy that prepared our employees for a headquarters move. •Named one of Oil and Gas Investors Top Forty Under 40 in 2019 •Created the company’s first internal intranet, which is now the best way we communicate with employees •Developed the only investor relations program Crosstex and EnLink have had. Managed IR for over eight years and continues to play a key role to the IR program •Oversees the company sustainability strategy and program for EnLink •Leads the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts •Acts as company spokesperson related to all events
