As the Director of HR Communications and Recruitment Marketing for CACI International Inc, I serve as the “Communications Center of Excellence” for HR where I plan, develop and implement the employment brand identity and recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns to support the company's business goals and the company culture, and drive internal and external audience engagement. Internally, I develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel internal communications strategies to effectively communicate HR-related initiatives and programs to CACI employees and managers, and provide HR communications expertise and advice to the HR organization, line managers, staff organizations, and corporate communications to ensure consistent messaging and global awareness of HR initiatives. Externally, I manage the employment brand, messaging, marketing, careers website content, advertising, and social media for the company to attract qualified candidates. Being innovative every day and keeping on top of emerging trends is what I love to do. Prior to joining CACI in June 2010, I was fortunate to be able to run a long-time family business, The Observer Newspapers, a community newspaper company where I managed all marketing and advertising, sales, events coordination, and community relationships. I was very involved in sponsoring local non-profits and organizations, partnering with many to volunteer my time and our company resources to help everyone accomplish their goals. Prior to The Observer, I had a ten-year corporate recruiting and human resources career in the consulting industry with American Management Systems and Arthur Andersen.
