I am a highly driven photographic professional with a passion for related technology, learning and education. An early adopter of digital mediums who digs deeply into current software and hardware related to graphic design and photography, while remaining ahead of the curve by keeping an eye on "the next thing". I get energized by working collaboratively with similarly motivated creative professionals. My career path has included positions as staff photographer for the marketing department of May company department stores, ownership and operation of my own digital advertising photo studio, the set up of digital studios for companies such as TIMEX, BIC, Ethan Allan and Black & Decker. I was responsible for all planning and implementation in the development of the first in house advertising photo studio for TIMEX corporation, delivering significant and measurable cost savings, process and quality improvements in their catalog and online imagery. My strong creative aesthetic has been called upon by Hallmark Cards, where I served for 6 years as Senior Retoucher. I remain current and at the forefront of my industry through the achievement of Adobe Expert and Adobe Instructor Certifications in Photoshop CC, and I have shared my real world experience at Universities, seminars and online training productions since 1990.
