Séan Harrington serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ELEMIS, the No. 1 British luxury skincare brand. He is one of the co-founders, a trio of whom are still involved in the day-to-day operations of the 30-year-old company. Under his leadership, the brand has evolved from a homegrown business into a global brand, selling to over 1,600 doors in more than 90 countries. Effective April 1 2019, Harrington relocated to Asia to open the first ELEMIS Hong Kong office with the aim to build a substantial brand presence across the APAC market and put in place the strong structure and resource needed to deliver this opportunity. Séan is the recipient of the CEW Special Industry Award, an honor that recognizes his outstanding contribution to the beauty industry and his advancement of women. An industry leader, he is known for his entrepreneurial leadership style, encouraging ELEMIS employees at every level to embrace disruptive strategies to engage and excite consumers. After three decades with ELEMIS, he is still committed to its expansion and excellence.
