Lisa Carp serves as Vice President of Human Resources and has overall responsibility for employment practices, employee benefits, employee development, training, policies and procedures, and compensation. Lisa has been in the wind energy industry since 1998. Her prior experience includes Human Resources Management within the medical industry, medical device manufacturing industry, and the insurance and financial services industry. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Independent Power Human Resources Association. Lisa has a Bachelors Degree from Cal Poly – Pomona, and an MBA from University of Phoenix. Additionally, she is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
