Based in San Francisco, Beth oversees human resources for more than 250 employees in Edelman’s Northern California offices including San Francisco, Sacramento and Silicon Valley. In this role, Beth leads a team of human resources professionals, partnering with senior leadership to provide strategic counsel on the firm’s most important asset – it’s employees.With the support of her team, Beth ensures that Edelman staff receive high quality support in the areas of onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and talent development. One of Beth’s specialties is training and she often facilitates sessions throughout the western region on topics such as inclusion, managing up and leadership. Beth is also certified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, which she leverages to lead team building sessions.Beth joined Edelman’s Washington, D.C. office in 2007. She relocated to Edelman’s San Francisco office in January 2010 and has previously held the positions of human resources lead for Edelman's Digital West team and Edelman Learning Institute lead for the Western Region.
