I joined APCO, one of the industry’s leading providers and administrators of F&I products, in 1991 with the primary responsibility of developing and managing their insurance relationships and risk management policies and procedures. After serving in various positions, I took the role of President in 2003, where I have continued to work with a very talented team to lead APCO down a path of long-term, sustainable success. The automotive aftermarket is complex, with many interests to balance and many outside factors that come into play. Understanding those challenges, I’m focused on developing the solutions needed to address them. Before joining APCO, I was with General Warranty Group and what is now Zurich Insurance Group. In addition to my BBA from Furman University, I hold an Honorary Degree in Foreign Studies from Kansai Gaidai University in Hirakatashi, Japan, though I regret to say that I have lost of my Japanese language skills.
