Jennifer Bogni is the Director, Global Procurement for Eastman Chemical Company focused on Olefins and feedstocks. She began her career with Eastman in 1995 and held various financial positions including Operations Controller, Internal Audit and Cost Accounting before leaving the company in 2004. From 2004-2006, Jennifer worked for Genworth Financial in the Mortgage Insurance segment as Controllership Project Manager, supporting the development of new business in Mexico, S. Korea, and Japan. She returned to Eastman in 2006 as Manager, Investor Relations. Her more recent roles include Business Finance Director for a portfolio of businesses with ~$4 billion in revenue, Finance Integration Director for Solutia - Eastman’s largest acquisition to date, and Director of Corporate Strategy. Most recently, Jennifer was the Director for Asia Pacific Finance, located in Shanghai, China, managing all financial matters for the region with ~$2.5 billion in revenue. Jennifer has also served on several boards including Primester (2011 – 2013, Kingsport, TN), Eastman Shuangwei Fibers Company (2013 – 2015, China), Solutia Therminol Company (2013 – 2015, China), and served as Treasurer for the non-profit organization Hope Haven Ministries (2011 – 2013, Kingsport, TN). She currently serves on the board of Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, TN. Jennifer has an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.
