The DuPage Medical Group is one of the largest, physicianowned, multispecialty health care companies in the Midwest. The company employs more than 250 professionals and specializes in a range of medical and surgical areas. It serves residents in DuPage, Kane and Will counties in Illinois through over 35 locations. The company is affiliated with Central DuPage Hospital, Edward Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, Hinsdale Hospital, Elmhurst Memorial Hospital and Delnor Community Hospital. The DuPage Medical Group specializes in the areas of audiology, cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology and neurology. It also provides diabetes care, optometry, psychology, physical therapy and orthopedic services. In addition, it offers spinal, vascular, plastic, foot and ankle surgery solutions.

Achievement Highlights from 15+ Years of Servant Leadership in the Healthcare Industry •As Duly Health and Care’s Executive Director, Operations, I achieved Dialysis Center Joint Venture (JV) profitability in 2021 fulfilling a five-year strategic plan goal. I also drove our third American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer accreditation while spearheading a pivotal partnership with DaVita resulting in a lucrative 10 Dialysis Center joint venture. I led the design and operationalized the first clinic based acute cardiac evaluation center with GE Cardiographe CT in the Midwest. •As Duly’s Director, Specialty Operations & Cancer Program Administrator, I generated substantial incremental revenue from maximizing group purchasing organization (GPO) contracts in Oncology during my first month, earned top box scores in the Press Ganey survey, and grew ambulatory surgery center utilization for surgical specialties up to 27%.
