Murray is a proven expert in the fields of capital raising, investor relations, executive management, and financial operations. He spent 15 years as a Wall Street analyst, receiving acclaim as a WSJ Home Run Hitter and All Star Analyst. More recently, he has focused on driving capital raising and operational growth for entrepreneurial ventures – Distillery 291, Innovation Pavilion, Pax8, and the clients of Pluribus Capital. Experience: Murray is a Director of Distillery 291, which craft distills award-winning Colorado whiskey. He is also Managing Director of Keiretsu Forum Rockies and owner of Pluribus Capital, which focuses on access to capital for high-growth small businesses. Murray was previously CFO of Pax8, a born-in-the-cloud IT services distributor; and Managing Director of KIT Digital, where he focused on crisis management and restructuring of a video technology solutions provider. During his analyst career, Murray worked with leaders at Media and Telecommunications companies like Liberty Media, Liberty Global, SiriusXM, Level 3, Scientific-Atlanta, NDS, and TiVo. He was a two-time Wall Street Journal All-Star Analyst, was ranked the Number One analyst in Cable and Entertainment, and was a Wall Street Journal Home-Run Hitter. Murray was a Managing Director of BGB Securities, a unit of small-cap mutual fund leader Aegis Financial; Senior Vice President of Ferris Baker Watts and Morgan Keegan; and President of Mosaic Equity, an independent equity research firm. He also served as CFO of media incubator MKTG, consulted on venture level company fundraising, and worked for Nielsen Media Research. Education: Murray received an M.B.A. with honors from the Cox School of Business at SMU and a B.A. from Washington University.
