I have spent over 20 years at two of the largest companies, Sony Music Entertainment and Conde’ Nast Digital, with a focus on managing the daily operations of orders to cash, isolating revenue leakage, and putting processes in place to maximize the revenue. Over the course of my career, I oversaw all billing discrepancies, driving the collection efforts to make sure all discrepancies were resolved, and payments received. I have successfully assisted in two system conversions, and currently have finished working on my third system conversion at Intralinks, where I oversaw current state billing, managing processes to fix revenue leakage and ensure accurate data was reflected for revenue recognition.
