Frequently referred to as a positive "agent of change" by colleagues, I diplomatically strive to lead by example, building a productive and communicative leadership team that is invested in a shared, collaborative vision and meets deliverables on time. I am particularly enthralled with 360/VR/AR technologies, and in building my team's capacity for creating engaging immersive content. I am a proactive executive director and manager, a persistent and friendly evangelist for an organization, a cause or a product, and a skilled digital communications professional that incorporates "design thinking" in to all aspects of my work. I support a culture of high performance and self-reflection, inspiring our team and clients to reach beyond what we think is possible. I energetically manage teams with strategic thinking and resourceful expertise, combined with a flexible, encouraging personality that provides creativity, teamwork, levelheadedness, accountability, and professionalism. I have passion for innovative technology and media tools that create economies of scale, inspire digital storytelling, are compelling and meaningful to all, and generate opportunities for authentic interconnectedness. I am quite fond of following the AP Style Book, using Google Docs to manage projects, and of teams who have a quirky, playful sense of humor while working effectively under pressure. I delight in diversity, in speaking and learning Spanish, and collecting Lingots in French and Italian.
