I am a goal-driven, enthusiastic marketing professional in the B2B technology space - focused primarily on cybersecurity. My strengths are in demand generation and marketing operations. I have managed global demand generation programs at two organizations focused on providing global field marketing with quality content and sales tools to build and qualify marketing sourced pipeline. My team worked closely with product marketing to develop content for all stages of the buying cycle and supporting demand generation assets such as call guides, partner selling guides, emails, ad units, and lead capture pages. Through the programs I led for Cisco's Security business group we were able to achieve 200% of goal for our marketing sourced pipeline. In additional to marketing program management, I have deep experience with marketing operations. I have implemented marketing automation solutions at 2 growing technology companies that have allowed marketing teams to scale by automating their processes and measurement. I have also built lead management processes in close alignment with sales and marketing leadership that created clear definitions for lead quality and handoff to sales to prevent leakage in the lead pipeline and provide full visibility for all internal stakeholders.
