In my career to date I have excelled in many sectors, including Retail, Manufacturing, Services and Construction. I have gained valuable references and experience within both multi-national and SME type environments. I have gained exposure in every aspect of the business cycle and have adopted a great wealth of expertise in effective Cash Management, Feasibility studies, Business Plans, Advance Forecasting, Start Up’s, Internal Controls & Procedures, Implementation of effective MIS/Financial Systems & Budgets. My skill set ensures business objectives are being monitored and more importantly challenged thus guaranteeing maximum shareholder value. I have gained 21 years of experience, 10 of which at the highest level. I have held responsibility for over 1000 men and have created, monitored, managed and controlled Budgets in excess of $60m of expenditure. I have provided Financial Management and guidance to 7 Businesses simultaneously while overseeing 5 departments and 4 Warehouses with up to $30m of materials in house. I have attended many seminars and management courses throughout my career to date including Leadership, Time Management, Strategic Planning & Thinking and many other Executive driven training sessions.
