DICK'S Sporting Goods is an retail company that offer retail, merchandising, technology and product developmet of sports goods which is headquartered in Coraopolis,Pennsylvania.

I am currently the Senior Director of eCommerce for Dick’s Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, Calia Studio, and Field & Stream. In this role, I am responsible for managing eCommerce product management across all device types including site conversion, $/visit, capital/professional fees budget, mobile commerce, user experience design, vendor management, omni-channel touch points, site optimization and managing the execution and creation of the enterprise eCommerce product roadmap.Prior to joining Dick’s, I was the President and Founder of Dammar Corp, an action sports retail operation that operated 3 online stores and 1 brick & mortar. In this role my responsibilities included full P&L accountability, merchandising, operations, marketing, CRM, customer service and pick-pack fulfillment. I have also held the position of eCommerce Site Merchandiser for Dick’s Sporting Goods focusing on the Athletic Apparel division. In this role, I had responsibility for revenue, conversion, on-site merchandising activities, content creation, product setup, taxonomy and attribution. Prior to Dammar Corp, I held positions at PNC Bank, where I was a Sourcing Project Manager responsible for contract and vendor management of branch and office supplies, cash replenishment and maintenance for ATMs; and Global Fund Positioning Analyst at Mellon Bank Fed Fund operations group.When I was 8 years old, I began working in my parent’s sporting goods store and batting cages. I quickly took to retail and began assisting customers in selecting bats and gloves. At the age of 13, I started a skateboard shop (with my savings) in the family business, sales quickly began outpacing baseball products and within 5 years skateboards took over the entire building. My team and I were awarded the Dick’s Sporting Goods quarterly game ball in Q4 2012 for outstanding performance for an outerwear campaign that drove monumental YoY growth online.
