WHAT I DID: Over 30 years of leadership expertise and experience with keen focus on process, discipline and execution. Accumulated a strong hands-on experience in technology, sales, project management, general management and leadership. In collaboration with numerous Boards of Directors, spearheaded the creation of the company’s vision, the establishment of its long-term objectives, and the definition of core strategies to achieve the objectives. Provided leadership to the whole organization and developed empowered and aligned leaders to execute the strategies. Developed the necessary competencies throughout the organization, so to turn future goals into reality. Led sales. Flattened organizational structures, controlled spending, and used technology to make organizations more nimble, agile and responsive to change. Led sub-million to $250M revenue organizations. Established strategic selling models driving very large transactions. I have sat on several boards of directors, including Sirit a publically traded RFID company (TSX:SI) [recently acquired by Federal Signal], and currently sit as a member of the Dean's Advisory Council of the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University.
