I love what I do. Marketing for 3 x fast-paced organizations over the last 25 years hasn't always been easy, but it has always been rewarding. Why? One - The CUSTOMER. Their behavior is constantly evolving. Being responsible for many go-to-market plans (from beverages to household appliances to PCs) has allowed me to apply my sense of adventure and curiosity. And, keeping up with the changes has forced me to stay 'young', because one never knows what the next TikTok of tomorrow is going to be (I have probably already dated myself by mentioning TikTok). Two - I can combine both the CREATIVE and the TECHNICAL all in one day. From developing the right go-to-market strategy, to content for Dell.com that encourages engagement and conversion, to targeting the right customers at the right time with the right creative through programmatic advertising. Three - The ability to change the customer experience through DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION. Recognizing the technology (and investments) needed to transform the business by focusing on the audience, AI / ML driven analytics, omnichannel commerce and its measurement, has become a passion and one that is essential in today's marketing environment. Four - The PEOPLE. I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for being surrounded by people across the world that have continuously challenged me to do more, to be better and to think differently. And, I hope I have influenced and inspired a few along the way. There is certainly more to learn, more problems to solve and more businesses to build. And, I couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity to make a difference.
