As the Senior Director of Dell Digital's People organization, I lead a team focused on helping our team members be their best and do their best work every day. We offer solutions that help our team members continue to grow, upskill their capabilities, and take on exciting career opportunities. Our recent grad , diversity, and leader offerings are just some of the solutions that help Digital team members to thrive and enjoy an exciting, innovative, and inclusive work life. Much of my early career at Dell was focused on finance and sales reporting programs, including a global assignment in Slovakia where I managed a transformation reporting organization with team members in Malaysia, Slovakia, United Kingdom, and the US. I returned to the US to lead the Finance project management office focused on prioritizing and managing our finance systems roadmap. My People management, PMO, and global experiences have given me valuable insight across the organization and built critical leadership, communication, and talent development skills. I'm passionate about developing talent and giving leaders and team members the tools they need to succeed.
