Thirteen years of technical and senior management experience in the UK Government Agencies has left me with an appreciation for how high the stakes are when it comes to cyber security protecting our way of life. The additional experience of co-founding Darktrace and its journey to IPO and beyond over 9 years, opened my eyes to the many challenges for teams building successful businesses, and building products that really make a difference in the complex real world. In combination, these adventures are the perfect education to be able to help other entrepreneurs engaged in the important mission of improving society's cyber security.
