Caroline G. Moore is a founding partner and Chief Executive Officer of Ekistics, directing all aspects of the company's operations including their flagship project 'State Center' in Baltimore. Moore is a passionate urban developer, creating a new way of executing development called 'CityScaping,' a process that engages project stakeholders and integrates them within the work of the project team. Moore's expertise is in complicated mixed use, urban infill, and redevelopment projects especially when focused around Transit (TOD) opportunities.Moore's belief in stakeholder engagement and transparency creates projects that are revered by the whole community, completing what is missing so that all parties benefit by filling the unmet need. With a myriad of experiences in public-private partnership, Moore is successful in coalescing diverse parties and interests into positive outcomes.Prior to starting Ekistics, Moore was the Chief Operating Officer for Public Private Partnerships at Struever Bros Eccles & Rouse. For more than 20 years, Moore focused her efforts and passion on revitalizing urban communities. She managed relationships with valued stakeholders and advised on all aspects of portfolio development and project execution. As COO, she managed a portfolio in excess of $500 million in total investment, which included 3 million square feet of mixed use commercial space and an estimated 500 residential units.
