Digitally Transforming one of the world's largest Omni-channel drinks retailers. In my role I am responsible for influencing & leading the Group in leveraging technology to achieve business strategies. I lead cross-functional teams to transform processes, team structures and influence cultural changes to keep the group evolving and face into the New Normal of ever changing customer expectations, caused by accelerating technological advancements. Key Skills/Enablers: - Take complicated ideas and boil down for the lowest level of understanding. - Navigate complex landscapes and politics. - Understand and influence at multiple organizational levels. - Understand and work with cultural nuances to achieve aligned objectives. - Understand value, identify what different departments are trying to solve for then source and present solutions in different ways. - Understand business priorities and map to different and interacting tech solutions Endeavour Drinks Group, is part of Woolworths Group Australia. Endeavour, one of the largest drinks companies globally, is a collection of drinks businesses, that include the number 1 and number 2 Australian retail chains, BWS and Dan Murphy's, who collectively have over half the packaged alcohol market nationally. Prior to my role at Endeavour I helped build & grow an ecommerce start-up in South East Asia and worked agency side on Digital & Experiential campaigns for blue chip global clients in the region. While currently based in Sydney Australia, I am originally from the UK, have studied in France & Cuba and worked in Spain, Japan, Thailand and Singapore. I am conversant in 5 languages comfortably and 3 others at a 'survival' level
