A professional journalist with more than twenty years of experience with top-tier news service organizations, Nancy Churnin is the theater critic for the Dallas Morning News and a published children's book writer. The William Hoy Story, How a Deaf Baseball Player Changed the Game, was published by Albert Whitman and Company March 1, 2016. Her second book, Manjhi Moves a Mountain, will be published by Creston Books in Fall 2017.
