I am a very experienced, highly commercial Human Resources Director and have worked in 6 major corporations and four different industrial sectors both domestic and international. In addition to CYBG and Lloyds Banking Group, my previous employers have included Novartis, Diageo and Marks and Spencer. A highly motivated and proactive leader, I have a proven track record of both shaping and delivering strategy. I am an HR generalist by background and have spent large parts of my career managing mergers and acquisitions, organisational restructurings, culture change, talent and development and employee relations. My experience spans the full range of HR skills and competencies. I joined CYBG as part of the changes in leadership to support the business post IPO.
