Once HR was involved at the store level, turnover rate changed from 70% to only 30%. Conducted annual analyses and designed a benefits plan with a higher deductible and lower premium costs. This win/win plan saved the company money while having very little impact on the employees' contribution because the employees simply paid for the first $500.
