I am an Omni-channel marketer who uses data, research and experience to make decisions. I am a natural leader and visionary who loves strategy but has no problem getting in the weeds. I have a way with words and I will not-so-silently correct your grammar. I can get mail opened, emails read and ads clicked. I also have an unusual skill to develop and write company policies and procedures. Weird for a marketer, right? I firmly believe in collaboration; the phrase “best idea wins” is one of my faves. We all have our own talents, and I like to play to peoples’ strengths to create positive user experiences and to make $$$. I wear a compliance hat (literally, I have a hat that says “compliance” on it), but also have a knack for finding the gray area. I have a solid understanding of laws and regulations that impact my responsibilities, and am not afraid to learn and adapt when changes happen. Someone once told me that you’re not supposed to use the word “challenge” when you’re talking to your employees. I’m not that employee and I’m not that manager. I’m always up for a challenge; that’s how we learn and grow.
