Media executive with significant experience in data driven audience targeting and ROI measurement for Cross-platform, online and television. Has held sales, marketing, market/media research, strategic and operating roles. Board experience in start-up and non profit organizations. Advise startups including Affinity Answers social media targeting, and Vadio, an online video application. Advised, Vizu, a leader in brand lift measurement. Co-author of "Radio Advertising’s Missing Ingredient: The Optimum Effective Scheduling System (OES)". (See below.) Pierre is Chief Insights Officer for Cumulus Media and Westwood One. Pierre develops media and marketing insights to support the firms 1300+ media sellers. He works with brands and agencies to craft targeting and measurement solutions. Previously, Pierre was SVP of Sales for TiVo Research & Analytics where he led cross-media targeting and measurement engagements for Procter & Gamble, Comcast, Turner Broadcasting, and NBCU. As President of Sales for Arbitron Inc., Bouvard launched Arbitron's Portable People Meter (PPM) and created the out-of-home and custom research divisions. Prior was EVP at Coleman Insights, a leading programming strategy consulting firm to U.S. and European radio industry. At Coleman, Pierre helped launch the nations first Hip Hop radio stations in New York City and Los Angeles. Oversaw the programming and marketing strategies of dozens of successful radio stations in the U.S. and Germany. Mr. Bouvard received a B.S. in Communications from Northwestern University. Mr. Bouvard has served on the boards of Adify and TRA and currently serves on the board of the IRTS, leading media charity in New York City and the Library of American Broadcasting.
