I am a marketing leader with over 15 years of experience developing marketing strategies and planning and executing promotional and advertising campaigns for major retail brands. I have expertise in product marketing, traditional and digital media, loyalty and app marketing, sales promotion, event marketing and field marketing. I have executed many integrated campaigns that have significantly driven brand awareness and generated millions in revenue. Currently, I lead all marketing initiatives for Cumberland Farms, Inc. and eight other C-store chains under the EG America umbrella, including the development and execution of all TV, radio, and OOH creative and digital/social/PR plans, in-store signage, and loyalty marketing programs. I also oversee our media and sports sponsorships. Most significant contributions include securing celebrity partnerships for disruptive media campaigns, expanding the SmartPay Rewards program to other EG chains, creating a brand strategy and standards for using individual banner identification, and launching coffee and pizza promotional campaigns. All projects and efforts have had a significant impact on growing customer loyalty, driving traffic, and boosting sales.
