Donna M. Diederich is an HR executive leading national corporations through organizational change. With over 2 decades of human resources experience, Ms. Diederich has a strong background in organizational development, strategy, compensation, staffing, training, engagement, succession and change management. She has lead divestitures, mergers, and startups of new business units, while provided strategic direction and leadership development for executive leaders across organizations. At CSC Ms. Diederich was Vice President of Human Resources where she led the HR separation activities for the NPS business from CSC. She prepared the business for the merger of NPS with SRA forming CSRA. Prior to joining CSC, she served as sector director, Human Resources and Administration, Defense Systems division for Northrop Grumman’s Information Systems (IS) sector. In this role, she lead the HR department with a workforce of more than 6,000 employees for a $2.2 billion geographically- dispersed business. She directed all aspects of the function, including workforce development, talent acquisition, leadership development and training, employee relations, organization change and effectiveness, and compensation and benefits. Previously, Ms. Diederich served as the director of strategy and new business pursuits for the IS sector’s HR&A group. In this role, she led the team in a workforce development strategy to accomplish new business pursuits that also strengthened employee performance and built a culture of talented professionals focused on excellence. In 2009, Ms. Diederich was appointed to lead the people integration team to stand-up the new $10 billion IS sector with a combined 32,000 employees to include establishing the new organization’s people selection process, the deployment of change-management strategies and the complete integration of policies and procedures.
