Major accomplishments include defining, structuring and establishing new global organizations in my current and past positions. In 2015 led the successful carve-out activities for all of IT on a global level in order to establish a new and very reliable IT landscape for Covestro. Instrumental in the launch of several global tools which serve as platforms for maintaining and further optimizing global business processes - all receiving high recommendations and recognition for deployment of global business processes and applications / systems but most importantly, the creation of a strong collaborative team.
