My background is as a software developer where I led and developed several systems the largest one being at Coveo. Through the years, I have moved from developing software to leading and coaching people. Today, I am an experienced manager of software development teams, having scaled from 10 people to more than a hundred and managed several aspects of doing such a transitions. I am interested by all technical aspects of software development and involved daily in Cloud Computing, mainly AWS, Information Security (SOC, HIPAA) and software architecture.
